In addition to the production of ammunition, the companies belonging to the Ammo+ division are also involved in the development and production of individual components and components of small calibre ammunition, such as powder charges, cartridges, cases, primers, fuses, etc. These are mainly the products of Fiocchi Munizioni, its American subsidiary Fiocchi of America and also of Baschieri & Pellagri.
Fiocchi Munizioni became part of the Czechoslovak Group in 2022. Fiocchi Munizioni also includes the Baschieri & Pellagri and Lyalvale Express brands.
Fiocchi Munizioni is a world leader in the production of small calibre and shot ammunition including its components. The company was founded in 1876 in Lecco, Italy, by Giulio Fiocchi, whose descendants are still shareholders of the company and serve on its management team. Baschieri & Pellagri of Bologna was founded in 1885 by Settimio Baschieri, a passionate hunter, and Guido Pellagri, a chemist whose experiments led to the production of smokeless gunpowder.
Fiocchi Munizioni manufactures all the components of small calibre ammunition and shot ammunition at its headquarters in Lecco and is therefore not dependent on subcontractors. Products primarily for the North American market are manufactured by Fiocchi of America in Ozark and Little Rock. Baschieri & Pellagri's Bologna factory concentrates on a wide range of shot ammunition, including the manufacture of individual components and shot cartridges.
