Fiocchi Munizioni is a world leader in the production of small calibre and pellet ammunition for sport shooting and is a proud partner of many top competitors in the field of sport shooting and biathlon. It was founded in 1876 in Lecco, Italy, by Giulio Fiocchi, whose descendants are still shareholders in the company and serve on its management team. Bologna-based Baschieri & Pellagri was founded in 1885 by Settimio Baschieri, a passionate hunter, and Guido Pellagri, a chemist whose experiments led to the production of smokeless gunpowder. The English brand Lyalvale Express was founded in 1983 in Lichtfield and is the UK's leading manufacturer of shotgun cartridges and a traditional supporter of British sport shooters.

Fiocchi Munizioni manufactures all components of small calibre ammunition and shot ammunition at its headquarters in Lecco. Products primarily for the North American market are manufactured by Fiocchi of America in Ozark and Little Rock. The Bologna-based Baschieri & Pellagri factory also concentrates on a wide range of hunting shot ammunition, and products in the same category are manufactured by Lyalvale Express in Lichfield, England.
